Tottori has been producing Wagyu beef since the Edo period. Their Wagyu beef is rich in oleic acid, the main component of olive oil. We specifically buy whole cattle of Olein 55, a branded beef that contains 55% or more oleic acid. Enjoy a melt-in-the-mouth tender marbled meat that is easy to digest and is very rare to find in Tokyo.
