We offer many exquisite dishes using aged raw tongue, such as beef tongue shabu-shabu, marbled beef tongue ajillo, beef tongue with smoked ham, and aged beef tongue sausage. They go very well with the rice freshly cooked in the hagama pot. Enjoy it in our spacious restaurant.
